Shipping & Returns


Before completing your order ensure you enter the correct delivery address is filled out as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect address will incur a re-dispatch/delivery fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Your parcel/carton will be delivered by Australia Post E-Parcel, Fastways or Startrack within Australia during normal business hours. Australia Post and Fastways require a signature before the item can be left - if they have attempted delivery but failed the consignment will be held at a depot and a card left if a signature cannot be obtained. The card will contain information how to collect/claim your parcel generally during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time that is generally 3 weeks. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

For international orders we ship DHL Trackable economy and Australia Post Trackable Economy. We ensure that all international orders are packed well so that they not be damaged in post or transit. Orders are processed quickly and are wrapped or boxed in plain cardboard boxes. However, all international parcels may be subject to customs searches so it is imperative that you check with your local laws to ensure that what you are ordering is legal to bring into your Country or territory. International orders are generally sent each Monday and Thursday following the order placed as long as payment has been received. General time for delivery to most Countries with DHL is 5-18 business days and Australia Post 4-14 business days.

Items seized by customs will not be replaced or refunded.

Even though at we take pride in the care that we pack for all of our internet, phone and mail orders, sometimes, accidents or errors occur. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged, incorrect or faulty item, we will provide instructions on how to return goods as set out below in our returns section.


There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or wrong item, you can return the item(s) after contacting our dedicated customer service agents within Australia (only) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is confirmed to be faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by Xsales.

When you contact your customer service agent they will issue with a RMA Number, please attach this to the returned item as it will speed up the checking process.

PLEASE NOTE: Please check your item thoroughly that there is an actual problem. Over 70% of items returned are in working order and do not work due to item not being correctly placed in charging cradle, incorrect batteries used, batteries placed in incorrect position, charging pin or usb not being connect correctly. If you have any doubt, please contact our customer service team by phone as they may assist you in having your product in full working order without having to return it.

IMPORTANT: If a returned item is found to be in working order the customer will be liable for the return service fee for the cost of return of the item and will not be reimbursed for the initial cost of the return. Again please check your item thoroughly as more than 7 in 10 returns are found to be in good working order.

Returns Policy Conditions

At Xsales we want to ensure you have the most pleasant of wholesale and drop-shipping experience. To expedite any returns please ensure that -

  • You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
  • You produce your original Xsales invoice (receipt) when you return the item
  • The item is in original condition:
  • With all original tags and box
  • In an unused state
  • A returns form (RMA) is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Xsales reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund. We don't allow returns for change of mind purchases.

Items on Sale will only be exchanged (not refunded).
